Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for reBORN Services.


1. General Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days, subject to the conditions below.


2. 14-Day Cancellation Right

If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days:

  • Goods → from delivery
  • Services → from purchase date
  • Digital content → from purchase date (see Section 3)

This right may be limited where legally allowed.


3. Digital Products

Access Not Started
If access has not started, you may cancel within 14 days for a refund.

Access Started (Digital Waiver)
If you receive immediate access, you may be required to consent to waive your cancellation right.

Once access begins, the purchase may become non-refundable, unless required otherwise by law.


4. Subscriptions

You may cancel future renewals at any time.
Access continues until the end of the billing period.


5. Coaching and Services

Business Days Definition
Business days are Sunday through Wednesday, excluding official public holidays in Israel. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are not considered business days.

Cancellation Terms

  • More than 48 business hours before session → 100% refund
  • Between 24–48 business hours → 50% refund
  • Less than 24 business hours → No refund

Service Already Started
If the service has already begun, we may deduct the value of the portion already delivered, where permitted by law.

Missed Sessions
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.


6. Physical Products

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


7. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Full name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Order number
  • Product/service
  • Short reason (optional)

8. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your provider.


9. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have an issue, contact us first.

We reserve the right to respond to disputes or chargebacks with relevant transaction records.


10. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused or reduced where permitted, including:

  • Digital products after access begins
  • Services already delivered
  • Late cancellations (see Section 5)
  • Returned items not in original condition

This does not affect mandatory legal rights.
