1. Eligibility for Refunds We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Digital Products (courses, guides, and downloadable content): Refunds are available within 14 business days of purchase. To be eligible, you must not have completed or downloaded the entire product.
Coaching Calls (1:1 or group): These services are non-refundable, including one-time calls, long-term coaching programs, masterminds, and live sessions.

2. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your purchase or subscription within 24 hours of the transaction for a full cancellation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to berebornnow.team@gmail.com.

3. Refund Processing Refund requests are manually reviewed to ensure eligibility. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing may take up to 14 business days from the date of approval
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed

4. Chargebacks & Refund Abuse We take chargeback abuse seriously. By purchasing, you agree:
Not to initiate a chargeback without contacting us first
That refund abuse (e.g., repeated claims or false disputes) may result in revoked access to all reBORN services and legal action if necessary

5. Exceptions Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after content has been accessed or downloaded
Inability to attend live sessions or events after purchase (unless canceled by us)
Missed coaching calls or expiration of access time
