This Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work when you purchase from reBORN (“reBORN”, “we”, “us”).

1) Quick summary (plain English)

You may request a refund/cancellation within 14 days, subject to the rules below.

Digital content (downloads, courses, memberships): if you start access immediately, you may be asked to waive the 14-day cancellation right (where required by law).

2) 14-day cancellation / withdrawal right

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days (the “cooling-off period”), starting:

Goods: from the day you receive the goods.

Services: from the day the contract is made.

Digital content not on a tangible medium (e.g., downloads, streaming, online courses): from the day the contract is made (but see Section 3 for the digital waiver rule).

3) Digital products & immediate access (important)
A) If access has NOT started

If you purchased digital content and we have not delivered access (or you have not started downloading/streaming/access), you may cancel within 14 days for a refund.

B) If access starts immediately (digital waiver)

When digital content is supplied immediately (e.g., instant download, instant course access), some laws require that you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once access begins.

If we collected that consent/acknowledgment at checkout, then:

once download/streaming/course access begins, the purchase may become non-refundable, except where the law provides otherwise (e.g., faulty content, access issues we can’t resolve).

Recommended checkout checkbox wording (copy/paste):

“I consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that I will lose my right to cancel once the download/streaming/access begins.”

4) Subscriptions / memberships (including recurring payments)

If your purchase is a subscription:

You can cancel future renewals anytime (your access typically continues until the end of the current billing period).

Refunds for the current billing period follow the 14-day rules above, and may depend on whether you started using/accessing the digital benefits and whether you waived the right to cancel (Section 3).

5) Coaching, live programs, and services
A) 14-day cancellation window

You may request cancellation within 14 days.

B) If the service already started

If you asked us to begin delivering the service within the 14-day period (for example, you book and attend sessions or we begin delivering agreed work), then—where allowed by law—we may:

deduct the value of the portion already provided, or

treat completed sessions/work as non-refundable.

C) Missed sessions / late cancellations

Unless we state otherwise on the checkout page for a specific offer:

No refunds for missed sessions without rescheduling notice.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

(If you want stricter rules like “24-hour reschedule window,” tell me and I’ll hard-code it.)

6) Physical products (books/merch)

If you purchase physical goods:

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition (reasonable inspection is OK; damaged/used beyond inspection may reduce the refund where permitted).

Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7) How to request a refund / return

with:

your full name

the email used at checkout

order number (if available)

what you purchased

and a short reason (optional, but helpful)

We may ask for basic proof needed to locate your order (for example, a transaction ID).

8) Refund timing & method

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

We aim to process refunds promptly; banks/processors may take additional time to post the refund.

9) Payments, disputes, and chargebacks (PayPal + cards)

If you have an issue, contact us first at team@berebornnow.com
so we can resolve it quickly.

If you open a PayPal dispute/chargeback, PayPal may require us to respond within set timeframes and will evaluate evidence from both sides.

10) Non-refundable / limited-refund situations (where allowed)

Refunds may be refused or reduced where permitted, including:

Digital content after access began when you waived the right to cancel (Section 3).

Physical goods returned damaged beyond normal inspection.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
