4) Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

We process payments through WooCommerce and supported payment providers (including Hyp).

4.1 One-time purchases

If you buy a one-time product/service, you agree to pay the displayed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees (for physical goods).

4.2 Subscriptions / recurring billing

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring billing at the rate and frequency shown at checkout.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe. (This aligns with common subscription disclosure expectations and consumer protection guidance.)

5) Delivery and Access

6) Refund Policy (7 Days) and Coaching Exception

6.1 Digital products

Important (EU/UK digital content notice): In many jurisdictions (including the EU/UK), digital content supplied online can lose the statutory cancellation right once delivery/performance begins, if the customer gave express consent and acknowledged that they would lose the right to cancel after supply starts.

6.2 Physical products (books/merch)

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition (unless local law requires otherwise). Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6.3 Coaching (no refunds)

Coaching purchases are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, rescheduling options (if any) will be handled case-by-case at our discretion.

reBORN content and coaching are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide medical, mental health, psychotherapy, legal, or financial advice. Nothing in the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, or guarantee any financial outcome. Always consult qualified professionals for medical/mental health/legal/financial matters.

8) Results Disclaimer

You understand that:

Your results depend on many factors outside our control (effort, consistency, circumstances, etc.).

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, transformations, earnings, or life results.

9) Intellectual Property

All content within the Services (including text, videos, frameworks, documents, designs, branding, and materials) is owned by reBORN or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10) License to Use Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own personal purposes, unless stated otherwise.

11) User-Generated Content and Testimonials

If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, reviews, comments, messages, images, or other materials), you grant reBORN a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future uses (note: it may still exist in prior publications or third-party platforms).

12) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Harass, abuse, or harm others

Attempt to bypass access controls or security

Upload malware or disrupt the website

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

13) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (payment processors, email tools, hosting providers, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions outside our control.

14) Privacy
