4.1 One-time purchases
You agree to pay the listed price, including applicable taxes and fees.
4.2 Subscriptions
If applicable, you authorize recurring billing.
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered via email or account access.
Access duration depends on the product purchased.
You are responsible for your account security.
We may suspend access in cases of fraud, misuse, or chargebacks.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Business Days Definition
Business days are Sunday through Wednesday, excluding official public holidays in Israel. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are not considered business days.
Cancellation Terms
- More than 48 business hours before session → 100% refund
- Between 24–48 business hours → 50% refund
- Less than 24 business hours → No refund
Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.
Digital Products
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
By accessing digital content immediately, you consent to delivery and may lose cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Physical Products
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to return conditions.
